WHAT’S INVOLVED?
The Masterpiece Event is the ultimate creative team building activity. A dynamic experience involving initial mini teambuilding challenges engaging all before the main event! Art has a unique way of bringing people together and our Masterpiece event is fantastic team building workshop!!
It’s a fun, creative journey that blends team-building with artistic expression, making it a standout choice for teams looking to think outside the box and discover a new side of their colleagues!
The process of creating something beautiful as a team fosters collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, all while letting everyone’s creativity shine! Your colleagues inner artiste will be unlocked as they work to produce their very own Masterpiece!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
After a briefing from the Event Master and integration of the individual teams, mini teambuilding challenges and related quiz begin, as teamwork and collaboration are initiated. A prize is awarded to the most successful team
30-45 minutes later its time for the main event!
Each team will be supplied with several blank canvases and tasked to recreate your bespoke image and bring this to life in the medium of paint! This image can be something provided by yourselves to reflect your specific corporate styling or message, or perhaps something you leave to us!
There is a catch though! Our Event Master will have randomly mixed the canvases so that teams have to collaborate with each other. Each team will have no canvases with matching edges so this really throws a spanner in the works. Team’s will be given 20 minutes to plan and design their methods in order to execute the task and create a final result that all will be proud of!
The Paint Store is then opened and teams can grab all supplies needed. This remains open throughout as the brushes are swept and paint is caressed. Time is of the essence though, as the countdown begins, canvases are dried and readied for the Grand Reveal with trumpets sounding & firework style confetti flying!
Following the Grand Reveal a bottle of Moet & Chandon Champagne will be awarded for one specific canvas that the Event Master believes is worthy of special recognition!
Post presentation as the shock and pride lowers an opportunity is given to take individual photo’s and of course a full group photo with their Masterpiece
Canvases are then boxed and handed over ready to take pride of place on a wall in your workplace providing everlasting memories!
The guests then depart with a buzz that only theEventMaster can create!
