WHAT’S INVOLVED?
Whether you’re looking to strength the bond within a single department or strengthen the link between separate department’s Building Bridges is for you! The clue is in the title!
Our Building Bridges Event is a game-changing fun team building activity. Through a series of engaging challenges set by the Lego Master, it provides a fantastic way to develop team cohesion and enhance collaborative problem-solving.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
After a briefing from the Lego Master and integration of the individual teams, the build challenges begin creating a strong and immediate team bonding. The initial fast & furious mini challenges will mean interaction between fellow team-mates is a must!
As the event progresses the Lego Master will ensure some of the tasks are themed to your company! This is a real gamechanger, as the participants are asked to pitch their work to the rest of the group with a small presentation!
The challenges steadily become more complex as the event literally “build’s” towards the grand finale!
But which team will have created the most robust bridge? Points will be awarded for strength, aesthetics & team cohesion!
Individual challenge points are awarded by the Lego Master throughout and added to the leaderboard!
Following the completion of all challenges the leaderboard is finalised. Presentation of medals, Personalised Trophy and of course a bottle of Moet & Chandon Champagne awarded to the winning team!
Throughout the presentation, opportunity is given to take individual team photo’s with their creations & a full group photo to conclude!
The guests then depart with a buzz that only theEventMaster can create!
